Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm. We are closed weekend & Federal holidays.

Carriers

We ship all orders using USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Fedex. Please ensure your delivery address on your order is serviced by the United States Postal Service.

Order Tracking

A shipment notification email will be sent with your order's shipment information including tracking details. If you do not receive a shipment notification email within two business days check your junk or spam folder.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is $4.25 for trackable USPS First Class Pkg, plus an additional $0.15 per unit for all orders up to $24.99. Once your cart is $25 or more you qualify for free trackable USPS First Class Pkg shipping on your order. You also have an option for USPS Priority Mail for $9.95 and FedEx 2Day, door to door shipping for $10.95. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

In general we do not offer items on our site for sale that are not in inventory. If an item does go on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
