We’ve produced thousands of high-quality custom patches with precision stitching, vibrant colors, and professional detail. Our streamlined process ensures clarity and quality from artwork submission through final delivery.

Important Order Information

• Minimum Order Quantity: 100 patches per design
• Discount Codes: “Welcome” and other promotional codes do not apply to custom orders
• Turnaround Time: 6–8 weeks total production time
• All custom patch sales are final. Custom products cannot be returned or refunded.

What You Can Expect When Working With Us

1. Submit Your Design

Upload a high-quality JPEG image of your design when placing your order. Clear artwork ensures the best possible final result.

2. Digital Sample Approval

Within approximately one week of placing your order, you will receive an email containing a digital sample image of your patch.

This is a digital proof only — we do not provide physical samples.

3. Revisions & Approval Window

After receiving your digital sample, you will have one week to either approve the design or request revisions.

Revisions may include:

• Color adjustments
• Minor detail refinements
• Small text corrections

Design changes — including layout modifications, added or removed elements, size restructuring, or significant alterations — require redigitizing and will incur an additional digitizing fee.

Once the design is approved, production will begin.

4. Shipping

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with FedEx tracking information.

All custom patch orders ship via FedEx.

Custom Order Specifications

Size

Please use the greater measurement (height or width) when selecting your size and round to the nearest inch.

Backing Options

• Iron-On
• Hook Only
• Hook & Loop

We recommend sewing all patches for maximum durability, including iron-on patches.

Iron-on backing is most suitable for canvas, cotton, and denim materials.

Edging Options

Merrowed Edge
Stitched border that loops over the patch edge. Ideal for circular or simple shapes.

Cut Edge (Laser Cut)
Precision cut using laser technology. Ideal for complex shapes or detailed borders.
