Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm. We are closed weekend & Federal holidays.

Carriers

We ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Please ensure your delivery address on your order is serviced by the United States Postal Service. We do not ship internationally. 

Order Tracking

A shipment notification email will be sent with your order's shipment information including tracking details. If you do not receive a shipment notification email within two business days check your junk or spam folder.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is indicated at checkout. Once your cart is $50 or more you qualify for free trackable USPS Ground Advantage shipping on your order. You also have an option for USPS Priority Mail. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

We do not backorder items. If you are able to place an order for a patch on the site we should have it available to ship by the next business day. In the extremely rare event that we oversell an item or that it is not available, that item on the order will be refunded.
