Description
AH-9 USS Bountiful was the USS Henderson AP-1 a Naval transport ship and in 1943 the Henderson was converted to a hospital ship. After commissioning in April 1944 the USS Bountiful served evacuation transport in the Saipan Invasions and the Marianas invasions.
